the restaurant: Commonwealth


Oh, what a long strange trip it's been.

My husband and I first decided to open a restaurant in 2012. It took us six years, (three of those in construction mode) to get open. My formal education in entrepreneurship came in handy—but boy, did I get an education on real life, hands-on experience. I am happy to report that we opened in 2016, and have been running successfully ever since! We have an amazing team of 20 employees that make Commonwealth special and unique.
