It’s usually other entrepreneurs that understand the sheer weight of the day-to-day operations, bills, expectations, and the daily grind. As a fellow entrepreneur, I’m here to tell you that I get it. It’s sometimes hard to look at the big picture when you have a busted pipe, or spinning plates, to take care of. As Chris and I work the day-to-day, we also take time to look at the big picture. Even though we are a small business, we have core values, a strong brand, and a strategic plan. Read the core values that drive us. As we developed these pieces I realized the big business version of these practices needed some tweaking to fit our small business model.
